Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is an organization of parents, teachers and staff members who are dedicated to the service of children and the support of the school. They take into account the welfare of the children, help them to develop their potential, and ensure that the school recognizes its purpose. We greatly value the input of all parents and stakeholders in providing a comprehensive education for their children.
Meetings:
There are two dedicated meetings for our parents, each built into the academic year at strategic points to support the school administration and guide our processes and recieve input from the parents
PTA Meeting 1: Term 1 of the academic year
Focus:
- Review of the previous year
- Curriculum development and review
- MLK standards review and parents buy-in
PTA Meeting 2: Term 3 of the academic year
Focus: Graduation and student achievement celebration
